Mark Andersen, Certified Personal Trainer
Mark has been teaching health and fitness for the past 16 years. During this time, he has worked with people ranging from young athletes to the elderly. Mark's approach to fitness is both nurturing and motivating. His belief is that each person is unique and requires an adaptive strengthening program designed for his or her own health status.
Mark has developed a broad range of health and fitness skills, and implements programs ranging from basic strengthening to post-rehabilitation. He also works with people who have diverse health challenges, such as Parkinson's disease and rheumatoid arthritis. Mark holds numerous health and fitness certifications, including those in post-rehabilitation and spinal care. He has a large and loyal following, and is immensely appreciated by his entire clientele. Mark always wears a smile and will find a way to make your exercise program fun and productive.
